🔍 What We’re Looking For / Requirements
We’re looking for a motivated, self-employed Real Estate Agent who combines strong sales instincts with excellent client service and negotiation skills. You should be proactive, fluent in both English and Spanish, and familiar with the Costa del Sol real estate market.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-end client service
Fluent English and Spanish is essential (additional languages are a plus)
Must be based in or near the Marbella area
Previous sales experience required (real estate is a plus, but not essential)
Comfortable using digital tolos, training provided on our in-house CRM and systems
Self-employed status (autónomo) or willingness to work as such
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Solid knowledge of the Costa del Sol property market
Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and commercial mindset
Responsible, professional, and goal-oriented
Skilled at generating new leads and maintaining a solid pipeline
Strong skills in organization, client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closing
High sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering results
Clear focus on achieving targets and exceeding goals
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit
Motivated to continuously grow and deepen knowledge in the real estate sector
Good understanding of the local area and market trends
Empathetic, driven, and resilient personality

You’ll manage your own client portfolio, identify new opportunities, and play an active role in property acquisition and sales.
Advise and guide clients through the buying and selling process
Source and secure new property listings
Conduct market-based property valuations
Negotiate with buyers and sellers effectively to achieve successful deals
Organize and lead property viewings
Provide exceptional client service and follow-up
Monitor market trends and competition
Implement marketing strategies to attract clients and listings
Build lasting client relationships and loyalty
