There is a market and the tendency is positive.

The tendency shown in previous quarters for Benahavis is still in place. 2012 is the third best year up to date after 2009 and the pre-crisis 2006 and 2007 so no one can say that the market is dead. On the other side, and those are the bads news, are the prices. There are buyers but everyday they pay less for the properties.

The number of sales in Marbella during the first three quarters of 2012 also increased compared to the same period of 2011. It is just a 4% but the tendency is also positive.
