🔍 What We’re Looking For / Requirements
We’re looking for a motivated, self-employed Real Estate Agent who combines strong sales instincts with excellent client service and negotiation skills. You should be proactive, fluent in both English and Spanish, and familiar with the Costa del Sol real estate market.
- Fluent English and Spanish is essential (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be based in or near the Marbella area
- Self-employed status (autónomo) or willingness to work as such
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Solid knowledge of the Costa del Sol property market
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and commercial mindset Responsible, professional, and goal-oriente
- Skilled at generating new leads and maintaining a solid pipeline
- Strong skills in organization, client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closing
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit
